  • I am overwhelmingly in love with this place. Best hotel experience I've ever had. This place is beautiful. Apparently they've just had a remodel and I have to say that they got their money's worth. The lobby is immaculate and stunning to walk into. Me and my friend were both impressed when we walked in the front door. I asked about exchanging currencies but the offer they gave me didn't seem appealing (and later find out that it was 17% less than exchange rate they offered in a place a few minutes walking distance away which is pretty bad), so I decided against it. So I opted to stay here because of the pictures I saw online and I was very impressed with it. When I walked into the room, I was blown away. The pictures did it no justice.. the views were beautiful since I was on the 46th floor and once the sun set and the buildings lights came on, it was like a totally different experience. I find myself just sitting in front of the windows and just taking it all in for long periods of time. Everything seemed new, furniture, fixtures, everything. On the 17th floor there is a fitness center and on the 12th floor there is an elevator that connects to the historic elevator which takes you to the underground shopping district that connects all over the place. How convenient is that? I rented a car from the attendant so I could take a trip to Niagra Falls and they were super helpful. Great staff at this place.. I am very impressed. It's the little things that really go a long way. They have light fixtures and outlets that you can charge with regular cords or with USB fixtures. Very convenient. The heating worked great and the big screen t.v was great. The internet is extremely fast and loads almost instantaneously. I can't say enough about this place. Best place ever.
