  • After dropping over $350 dollars on movie tickets for my sons party. I proceeded to walk in and made the mistake of having a tea from the main floor Aroma in my hands. The lady was insulting and told me their were signs and that i was not allowed in with that. Assuming I understood what 'with that' was. Once I realized I toss my new tea in the garbage. For a cinema calling itself vip, it is a far cry from anything vip. It may be new but it is obviously not being managed well from a staff stand point. When I expressed that after dropping $350 in the last twenty minutes there, she could have found another method to address a two dollar tea that was less offensive. She shrugged her shoulders and said there is nothing I can do and started laughing as I walked away. As a father of four, this is the last birthday party I am doing here. As someone who wants to support theatre, I can see why so many are just watch streams from tv boxes. This is a reflection on the management or lack of quality Management. Very disappointed and wasting my time writing this because I am upset as nobody here seems to care about how they handle customers. Sorry for the rant but I'm am a little dumbfounded by how all this played out.
