  • Sumar is a very sweet person with a wonderful attitude. However, I was very disappointed with the Botox injections. After about one week, I noticed my left eyebrow was higher than my right. In addition, my right eyebrow lost its arch, it just went straight across. We made a follow up appointment for the next week. During this appointment, she injected Botox above my right eyebrow to try to fix the A-symmetry. We then made a follow up appointment for the next week again. During the week, I noticed my right eye started drooping. On the day of our follow up appointment, I arrived at 4:30, our appointment was for 4:45. Well, it's now 5:10 and no Sumar. In between our appointment time, I text her stating I was there waiting for her. No response after two text messages. I then left after waiting 25 minutes, she texts me one HOUR later apologizing that she couldn't leave her client due to her "medical issue." I was very disappointed that she never came out even for one minute informing me she was running behind. I was already distraught, due to my right eye drooping and having to drive each way 25 minutes three different times for the follow up appointments. If I were Sumar and I had a client who was upset, I would have offered a refund for at least half.
