  • I am very disappointed in the company. We called on Saturday for a storage space and were told that they would hold it for us until Monday, they didn't ask for a deposit to hold it, which I would have gladly done. When we arrived Monday with our van full and ready to unload they told us they had just rented the only unit they had, it was first come first serve. When I mentioned that they were supposed to be holding it for us they just said, we're sorry. They offered to send us to a different location that had higher prices, thanks but no thanks. So I guess that means their prices are just a come on to get you in and then pass you off to some other location. My stuff is now in my garage with an A/C unit running to keep it from being ruined. I guess good help is hard to find!
