  • Money down the toilet I didn't need to spend, judging by the results. Wanted to do a bleach wash for a certain section of my hair. Full head of highlights were suggested. I hesitated but went for it anyway. No change, no results. Same as I had initially went in. Highlights to lighten that area did nothing. My requested bleach wash would have accomplished what i needed. Im very knowledgeable in this area, and I know what works for my hair. Next day I picked up a box at rite aid and I'm nicely achieving the results I need all on my own. Just because someone holds a license doesn't always mean they know what they're doing.
