I recently became interested in cycling after attending a Yelp event at another studio. One of things that brought me to Flywheel though instead of that other studio was the sheer number of classes offered by Flywheel. Their schedule is awesome, and it's great to see a studio offer classes throughout the week and throughout the day.
The studio has everything you need for your workout, including shoes in an assigned cubby based on your bike number, electronic lockers, changing rooms, towels, and a neat water bottle filing station. The studio was pretty packed when I was there, which was somewhat surprising because it was 6:30pm on a Friday. It was a little hectic to navigate the lockers and waiting for the class to open up because of the number of people filtering in and out. I also feel compelled to mention that it was a little stinky inside, but that's not necessarily a bad thing because it means people have been working out hard. I don't think it was a cleanliness issue because I definitely saw the staff cleaning.
The instructor of the class that I took was Kelsey. I really enjoyed her song selections for the class. It was a great blend of 90s/early 00s R&B to current pop rock that kept me motivated. I also loved that she gave us the number of songs as a reference point for where we were time wise.
