rev:text	If you want your car repaired, this is definitely not the place to take it. Our car was involved in an accident and we had had them do work on another vehicle years before with positive results so we figured we would do the same. Yikes! They repaired the body of the car successfully but when we got it back, it was definitely NOT fixed. I noticed it drove badly and sounded kind of terrible so we took it back in and were told it was the tires and had nothing to do with the accident. The mechanic showed my husband the wear on them, so fine, we went and replaced them same day. Still drove terribly. We wanted them to take a look at it again since it clearly wasn't driving properly after their "repairs" but were told we had to take it somewhere else because the insurance had already paid so they couldn't do any more work. We would have to pay them for a diagnostic, they said, which we thought was crazy. We went back and forth with them for no less than 3 months, in that time sharing my vehicle due to the other one barely being drivable even after $6000 of repairs. After all the back and forth, my husband finally got in touch with the manager and was told the same thing. We ended up taking our car to another shop and the mechanic was able to pinpoint the problem within 30 minutes. Luckily, our insurance company thought that Classic was out of their minds also to not stand behind their work, so they backed us with taking our vehicle elsewhere. Honestly, this place was a hot mess. So much runaround and dropping the ball left and right and zero customer service skills until months into our ordeal. Save yourself a huge headache and take your car somewhere else!!
