  • I wrote a review back in 2013, and wanted to say that this is still the only car wash I use in Charlotte. Unless I am washing my car in my driveway, I use this location and the one off 74 (closer to work). Unlike the lady with the A4 that also wrote a review, I have not experienced any damage to my vehicle. I drive a 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe, which sits lower than an A4. My vehicle also has low profile staggered tires (wider tires than normal for those who don't know much about vehicles), and the tracks fit just fine without any damage to my rims. I always love the tire shine and scrubbers that clean my tires/rims, it does a great job! I'm unsure how her vehicle was damaged. Also, there is a large sign (when you pull up to the wash) that states the carwash is not responsible for any damage done to the vehicle and that it is at the owners expense. Wash your own vehicle if you're worried.
