  • This is the first time I've ever rated a Timmies. This place is fairly new and I am seriously impressed. (1) Very clean; (2) Extremely polite and efficient staff; (3) Quality of food and coffee is above average and more than just acceptable; (4) Staff appear to be happy and it is reflected in the customer service. PLEASE DO NOT LOSE YOUR STANDARDS!!!!!!!!!!!! It is such a pleasure experiencing good customer service for a change! The quality and freshness of the baked goods is outstanding.
