  • Bad experiences on top of bad experiences. Took my car in for alignment several months ago now. Said specifically, that it has positive camber- the outside of my front tires had excessive wear. They said they'd take a look. I get it back, they said the alignment was good, I got the tires replaced. I deploy to Afghanistan, my spouse says the tires are looking worn, so she takes it in, and gets an alignment done, tells them the same thing, and tells them we've already taken it in for this before. New tires. Third time is a charm, third set of front tires are wearing on the outside, she takes it in, they say that is a different kind of alignment..... So, despite paying them twice, despite telling them exactly what's wrong, I've now gone through 3 sets of tires, two of the times, after these worthless people are supposed to have fixed it. I will do everything in my power to make sure this store loses as much business as possible. Yours truly, Wendel
