  • Absolutely dissapointed! Last night our car was vandalized. Although, devastating we felt reassured as we purchased towing and car rental. Well, unless you have an emergency between M-F 8-5 don't count on getting in touch with a live person. Our rear window is half gone and side mirror is dangling the vehicle is full of glass and blood and the adjuster suggested good ole duct tape. Not only will they not agree to tow they also consider the vehicle drivable and refuse to provide rental service. Every collision company is prepared to bend over backwards to help us, our only obstacle is the insurance company we pay premiums to.
