If I could put negative stars I would. As a woman that's fairly inept at being a handy woman and obtaining the right things that I need, I look to the smiling faces of the Home Depot staff. The problem is that you can NEVER find one of those smiling faces when you need help. I went into the store and paraded around aimlessly looking for a drier vent ( which was in a hidden location). If I would have been in a car driving in the store I would have run out of gas from all of the aimless walking I did. Up and down the isles for 30 mins. I asked for help only to never receive it. I called Ace Hardware from inside the store and left in a bit of frustration to set out across town so someone could help me. And they did help me at Ace Hardware- Not Home Depot. There's got to be an easier way to shopping at the Mega Home stores! What about an electronic index of items so you'd know what Isle to search for a specific part or item? I'll save the small businessman and support a smaller store where there is almost always help available. You decide.
