| - Wow. Is pretty much all I can say. We wasted our first few hours in Vegas by having to take two shuttles from the airport to get here. That was fine, okay.. so we wait in line for an hour in a no air-conditioned DUMP,.. okay.. we read the signs that have the 5 lists of rules for using a debit card.. you must put a $400 deposit down (okay..), you must have a gas and electric bill, okay...... you must have roundtrip airline tickets, got it.. and there was a few other things that I knew I could do, so I just kept waiting in line.. and we finally get there to rent our reserved (a month ago) convertible..after taking my card, drivers license, and said information above, 10 minutes later, he tells us our reservation cannot be made without a credit card (I clearly stated that was a debit card and that's why we went through all that hocus pocus in the first place)... NOW you tell me? Okay, screw this, screw you (we didn't bring credit cards.. that didn't even seem like a thing we would need to worry about with what, actual money!?), we called a cab and paid $25 to get back to our hotel and begin our vacation, without a rental car. THANK GOODNESS, because we truly didn't need one, and I would highly suggest just using Uber during your stay, as it is practically impossible to be driving around there anyways, and then paying all of the parking and hotel parking expenses.
There was several people leaving, getting cabs.. and it confused us why no one was actually getting a rental car! When I was walking out, complaining to my husband, we saw 5 OTHER COUPLES waiting outside for a cab because they had the same issue. DO NOT waste your time here. I am BEGGING you, I was livid and your first experience in Vegas should NEVER EVER EVER be at Fox Rent A Car.
DUMP! DUMP! DUMP! Just don't, no no no.
