I did contact Fox and they had said that Firestone Complete Auto Care had a contract with them and would replace the tire free of charge, so I dealt with that first thing after my interview. I gave the guy at Firestone my Fox paperwork, and he went about changing the tire. I was in and out in an hour, but the entire time, he was unable to contact Fox to get the go ahead to change the tire! He went ahead and did it and sent me on my way...he was going to deal with the paperwork later. Nothing out of my pocket, big thanks to Firestone for dealing with an unresponsive Fox.
