  • I moved to this area a couple years ago (the west side of the Estrella's) and thought the shopping area was nice and how cool was it that they had a residents club with a little water slide for the kids to play on. After doing research I found that the residents club is ONLY for folks who live and pay HOA fees in Estrella Ranch. Okay, fine, so I asked if they offered a PAID membership to folks who live less than 1 mile from the club. The answer was NO. This was frustrating. I am offering to pay them money to use their services and they refuse..hmmm but please do all of your shopping in our community, send your kids to school here, but don't bother coming to any of our functions, well because you don't live within the club boundaries. This place isn't anything to write home about unless you like being snotty and rude to people who are just as equal to you.
