Party of 10. So we were in the back room. Huge. Weird. Echoes. No ambiance. Cold! Saturday night. 7pm reservations. Patio looked busy hard to say if the restaurant was really slammed or not.
Food was good. But ...First thing they said. "No French onion soup. We ordered 8 bottles of wine altogether. Nice wine selection.
Bruschetta, snails, crab cakes, steak tartare. All good and good bread. We weren't offered salads. Waiter was very nice but service was SLOOOWW.
Then " No duck". My boyfriend ordered the Lamb shank. The waiter had to return to say " no lamb". Gave us a gift certificate for $25 and he was very apologetic.
Coffee was good coffee. Nothing special. Served in the cup not poured table side. So the saucers were full of coffee. We brought a birthday cake so I can't speak to the desserts.
