  • We have had the most rediculous experience ever as a consumer. We bought flooring a couple of months ago to redo our upstairs. My husband is a contactor and did the work himself. We ended up one box short, so we went to the store to purchase another box. It was on back order. This happens...when the flooring came in the box they have was damaged, and again they didntvhave more. It has been 6 weeks and every Wed. they tell us it didn't come in maybe next week. I'm beginning to wonder if it's ever coming in!
