| - From their specials (the prosciutto cotto, sloppy guiseppi and spicy pulled chicken), to their house made mozzarella, basil and red ripe tomato sandwhiches and awesome salads, you can't go wrong.
All of their ingredients are locally sourced (whenever possible) and define farm to table in Phoenix.
Their fresh, wood fired bread adds what Phoenix needs... and wants. I love this place so much, I go at LEAST once a week.
The prices are a little more than you'd pay at a chain. But I would rather have the freshness you don't get at a chain for a few extra pennys. Plus, keep your money local.
The place is hip, relaxed and inviting. Take a quick trip over and enjoy a bite to eat.
And if you're looking for something to take with you, they offer a wide selection of pastas, oils, fresh dried herbs and Bianco's own line of stewed tomatoes that will make your next pot of sauce an awesome memory.
Oh, and grab a couple of fresh baked wood fired loaves to finish off that home made sauce and pasta. The perfect meal for the folks on the go.
