So this review is for a group of 4, two seniors and two adults. We had no children with us which may be why we didn't enjoy it as much as other groups. We ordered our tickets online since the day we went was a "value" day which meant it was much cheaper and if I had paid full price I would have been pretty disappointed in what they had to offer. When we first entered to park we were told there was no handicap parking spaces which is a little inconvenient so my mom just walked with her crutches to the front since the guard told us we could drop her off at the front BUT we'd have to get back in the huuuuge parking line to get back to park in the lot.
We got there about 10 minutes after it started and OMG people were pouring in, groups of 30-50 people crossing the streets to get to the front so we expected a long line to enter. Much to our surprise there was not a long line to get in and we pretty much walked right in without wait. The lights are beautiful and there is definitely alot of them around you. What disappointed me was how much of the park was blocked off. You pretty much only have what goes around their lake and what's off to the side of the sting ray pond. If you have kids you will spend plenty of time especially if you spring for the carousal, camel rides and snacks (all extra charges)! But we didn't do those things so we were out pretty quickly. I did get some kettle corn tho which was warm from popping (yum)! The only animal we really saw was a javalina which was cool because it was walking around but don't come here for the animals cause there isn't really any.
As we left there was a HUUUUGE line to come in. I couldn't imagine waiting that long for what they offered when you got in, so please..get there early!
