  • We have lived here almost 2 years and I can not wait to move! I thought living in North Scottsdale would be nice and peaceful and this place is far from that! Having to pray that nobody is parked in your cover spot when you get home everyday or you might have to park on the other side of the complex. The walls are so thin that I can tell you my neighbors work schedule based on when I hear the toilet flush and the shower turn on. The AC units make this awful humming noise that you can hear through the entire apartment. Our AC unit went out last July and it took them 6 days to fix it! 6 days!! And now this is the second spring/summer that the ants have taken over my kitchen. When I try to call the office nobody answers or when they do answer their solution is to put you on "the list". Fingers crossed that the second time they spray will help more than the first. I suggest if you are looking for a place somewhere in North Scottsdale to live don't waste your money or time here. It seems to only get worse with each management staff change.
