  • The new manager is great and very helpful. Whole staff is super friendly, we had few repair requests during our stay (like dishwasher, A/C) and all of them were resolved within even same day, the landscape is maintained very well, floor plans are very good and it is all within the budget. In general, I am really impressed with their service and their instant responses. I would recommend this place to everyone who wants pleasant comfortable apartment, in nice area, surrounded with greens, fitting the budget. PS1. Looking at the previous reviews, I would say if people expect to live in apartment community and leave a dog alone outside - then they should look for own house, and not apartment complex. This is family and pet friendly place - and I would not like to see dog alone walking around my kid. (keep in mind, other people don't know character of your dog, and there are still people who are afraid of dogs) Otherwise, I have seen people walking the dog on the leash, and that is completely fine. PS2. I have a pet too! :)
