  • I initially ordered a 12V/7AH battery online from a national retailer, not Battery Plus Bulbs. When the battery arrived, it was packaged so poorly for shipping, the plastic housing had cracked and was leaking what I assumed was battery acid. I then decided to go to Batteries Plus Bulbs for the replacement I needed. When I arrived, I was immediately assisted by Jeff. He was very personable and polite. The battery was somewhat unique in that it had M6 nut and bolt posts. Julie, who had been assisting another customer, then helped Jeff locate the correct battery. No hesitation, she went directly to where they were located. Julie was also very personable and helpful. Thanks to these two members of staff, they have a customer for life and I have learned my lesson. I will never order a battery such as this online again.
