  • The Bell and Cave Creek store is the worst, basically same as surrounding business, low class. The best 99 cent store I've visited was ChaNdler; and it was beautiful, stocked well, busy, and staff was very helpful and pleasant. That store gets a five star from me, this one is 2 and that is generous. Fix that store up a little and that will help.
