  • Cons -Arrived 3.5 hours early and furniture wasn't ready to be moved -Movers smoked cigarettes while loading up truck -Movers broke both twin size tempur-Pedic adjustable bases -Movers attempted to charge $50 more than the quoted price stating that the quote I received didn't include taxes, fees, or shipping materials (this was after they convinced me to pay cash to avoid paying a 3% processing fee). I was able to verify with the company that the quote did in fact include all taxes and fee and was not responsible for paying additional $50. Pros -The company offers a competitive hourly rate.
