  • Really suck ass customer service. Bought cabinet refacing, cabinets look good, but if your expecting any kind of customer service if you are dissatisfied, don't hold tour breath! They got your money, that's all they cared about. If you plan on getting cabinets, you better take time off work and stick around and watch them like a hawk because theyThey certainly don't do what they promised. When the sales man comes to tell you and sell you the cabinets. The installer left his cups and water bottles all over inside the cabinets, left all of his tools out on my patio blocking the grill that I needed to cook with that night. I was told that they would clean up every night so I could cook in my kitchen, that was a lie.I was also dissatisfied with the installation of the pantry, they pieced together the shelves and left gaps in the wood, and then when I asked for them to fix it, no one return my phone call and no one came out. Home Depot totally lost my business! There's a Lowe's not far away and believe me I will drive the extra miles just that they don't get any more of my money.
