I made a reservation a couple of weeks in advance for a special occasion and was glad I did! The service, food, ambiance, and views were wonderful! I would suggest reserving an outdoor table on the patio in the warmer months for the best possible view of the city. In the winter months make sure to reserve a table by a window, otherwise it's hard to see the view.
The food didn't disappoint. I had the Corn Quinoa but tried the Stonefish from others with me, and it was incredible. The desserts are pretty small, not really sharing size so keep that in mind. As for prices, most entrees are around $30 and most desserts are around $10.
The only negative was the scotch and whiskey selection. It was very small. For instance, I wanted a Glenmorangie 21 but they only had bottles aged much less.
Tip: How to get all the way up here, when you enter the Hilton follow the little signs, they will take you all the way up and continue until you see "Public Parking for Different Pointe of View."
