rev:text	Extremely disappointed with the service I received on New Year's Eve. I'd purchased a Groupon and for the first time I can say that I didn't receive receive the best service as a result. The massage was average - nothing special at all, but the facial... was awful. The young lady got my name wrong and was annoyed when I corrected her! We got to the room and I explained my concerns with my skin were minimal - needed extractions and major hydration. They use the eminence line (as do I at home) which I'm very familiar with, so I was happy about that. What I was not happy about was the fact that when I asked questions about the product she was placing on my face and what it was meant to do, again she seemed annoyed! Again! And at one point she flat out ignored my question! I'm sorry, did I pay for a service or not?! I did and gave an auto gratuity that she didn't deserve based on her attitude! When it was over, she'd done all of 3 extractions. Flattering, but not fulfilling nor what I asked for. The only reason they even get 2 stars is because the facility itself is beautiful and nicely maintained. At checkout, I waited while one girl was on the phone with a customer I assume and the other played on her cell phone and told me to wait for someone to come help me. I told The young lady about my facial experience and she said "sorry, you didn't like it. Would you like a receipt?!" Disappointed to say the least. Biggest problem, I'm a local and visit Hotel spas on a regular basis, Palms has been a favorite. Not anymore.
