  • If I could give this Dealership 0 STARS I definitely would... this is the worst BUSINESS period that I have ever dealt with in my entire life! I would never recommend anyone to visit or do business here! This dealership has the absolute worst customer service! I came to this location after being convinced to check out a vehicle that was listed online. I got to the dealership and neither of the vehicles I was interested were presented to me nor did they inform me that they were no longer available! I get there and they try to sell me on something else. I decided to test drive a vehicle and told the associate please do not run my credit until I have given you the okay and we have come to an agreement on price. This associate clearly ignores that and based on things we spoke about I believe that he did this on purpose to pressure me into making a purchase that day and with him! I was immediately upset and Uninterested in doing business with them! The next day when I complained it seemed as though someone was interested in helping me I spoke to 2 managers who both said they would get back to me in order to address the concern as well as see if there was anything else they could do to accommodate me. It has now been a full week and I have heard from NOBODY! Because of this my credit has been affected and the inquiry on my credit has negatively impacted me not only that but I was in the process of purchasing a home and this is also impacting that! Nobody cared about my situation enough to take accountability or to ensure I was satisfied! If anyone is reading this DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP! Based on my experience they are unprofessional, they will lie to you for a sale, and they will not help you with issues if they feel they can not sell something to you after a problem like this! Had this issue been resolved appropriately I would have been a lot more likely to reconsider and continue to keep them in mind during my search but clearly my business was not wanted!
