I went in for an oil change. The service was great and the staff were kind. I am very appreciative of all their help. If I could give separate ratings for different departments, I would. The reason I am giving 3 stars is because of how long it took to get in contact with anyone. I first called to make an appointment, no one picked up and I left a message. Never got a callback, so I made an appointment online, but I never got a confirmation email. I called and they transferred me to the service appointment coordinator. No one picked up, so I left a message. I never got a call back. I called again a couple days later. No surprise, no one picked up. I finally had to send an email directly to the coordinator asking for a confirmation and the process I went through just to get in touch with someone. I finally got an email back, but not an apology or a greeting. I thought this process was very unprofessional.

Changing to 5 stars because a lady named Faith personally called me about this review. She apologized and empathized with me about my experience. I was taken care of and appreciated the personal interaction. She offered a free oil change which I am very appreciative of as well. I genuinely believe in this review change because like all businesses, everyone has their off days, and one unpleasant experience shouldn't dictate the company as a whole!
