  • These people are wonderful! Very kind, professional, and seem to really love what they do. When we arrived at the meeting facility, there was organic coffee, loose leaf teas, and homemade Mexican wedding cookies waiting for us still warm out of the oven. Jake our guide was thorough, happy, and entertaining, making jokes the whole tour. Our pilot Scott was a true professional and really showed the years of experience and countless operator hours under his belt. He was able to answer many questions about everything from the ground Flora and fauna, to landscape and landmarks, to balloon operation and weather and wind currents. When we were all done, they assembled a hot breakfast with plenty of champagne right in the middle of the desert. They even made a beautiful table setting! And also accommodated the vegetarian passengers. Mostly if not completely organic too. I cannot say enough good things about these folks!
