  • Awful customer service. Picking up a to go order that was scheduled to be picked up at 3:50. I arrived at 4 and my order was still not ready. I asked the cashier at the pick up desk why my order was not ready..she rolled her eyes and with all the attitude in the world went to check on my order; apparently the extra crispy takes an additional 25 minutes to make. Don't promise a time if you can't deliver.
