  • Tim, at Paramount, is as deserving of a 5-star review as anyone out there. Tim is a one-man operation, working his butt off, and treating customers with the utmost respect, care, and kindness. And, he's got 3 decades of experience! After our home was burglarized, Tim came out when I called him the next morning. I mentioned wanting to call him at 2am after the cops left, and he said we could have because, as he advertises, he does a lot of burglary calls in the middle of the night. Nonetheless, he came over on a Sunday morning (good luck finding someone on a weekend, let alone a Sunday). He measured our broken window, honestly told us we didn't need to replace the whole thing, and quotes us a reasonable price for labor and material for just the broken slider. Within 24 hours, after he put a rush on the window, he was back to install it. He was super down to Earth, and clearly just a genuinely nice guy. We were paranoid and a little anxious after the break-in, but Tim put us at ease and made us feel like it was about helping us, not just taking our money. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of glass repair or replacement.
