  • Maize is in my Top 3 Mexican restaurants in town. There are a few downsides to going there (traffic is rough being on campus and the restaurant is really small with fairly long waits on peak times) but overall it's great. I really like the traditional food that isn't nearly as Americanized as most places, the tacos there are how they should be (meat, cilantro and onion). The chips are thick and although I really like them some people won't since they are heavy. The hot sauce is some of the best around and I really can't recommend Maize highly enough for anyone craving some quality Mexican food!
