rev:text	I'm big fans of Topshop since they opened the first day in Vegas , it was the most trendy store you can get in Vegas , the price is reasonable and the quality is really good , I'm from Hongkong I followed the fashion trend for my entire day life and I got told Hongkong has Topshop too , I'm addicted to them and every time the reason why I go to fashion show mall because of them . Couples of weeks ago I went to there I saw a jacket looked so good it was 30 percent off but ran out of size and I really liked it I asked the people working in the shoes department to ordered for me and they were very nice and patience helped me out even I don't get no discount I don't care . They helped me out before and I got the shoes that's why I have confident in them . I got told I need to wait for few days but I never got the stuff and I called them , they transferred me to Sam , one of the manager at Topshop , she was Great , she helped me out to followed up , called me and leave a message for me let me know what's going on , full of responsibility , Topshop is very lucky to have her , for a customer like me , it was a big hassle for me to followed up ! She did a great job she offered two option for me either refund the money back to my account or reordered it for me , I loved the jacket i chose reordered it , it took liked three days very fast I just got it and I was so happy I called her to say thank you again for the hard work she did for me , I need to thank you one more time to Sam it means a lot to me , every time when I wear it I'll remember them , Good job .
