  • My iPhone 5s screen cracked earlier this year and I took it to them to have it fixed. It was replaced within 30 minutes and less than their competitors. I was able to wait in their store during my lunch break while they replaced it. Customer service was good. Only reason I'm not giving 5 starts is because the screen is more sensitive now than it used to be. After having the screen replaced, my cheek regularly mutes, presses buttons, and hangs up on people while on phone calls. But hey, there are no more shards of glass next to my face anymore!
