  • I have lived in Ahwatukee for over 20 years and have been a loyal customer to Walgreens on 48th Street and Elliot shopping there at least 3 times a week. Most of the cashiers know me by name and are very friendly and kind. So to my surprise having to deal with Megan the Manager today on a small issue was not only shocking and unprofessional but will prevent me from ever stepping back in that store to spend my money. On March 17th at 6:50 I made a $42.86 purchase, makeup, eyelashes, nail polish fun stuff a female needs to glam up on St Patty's Day. When getting ready at home and emptying my bag I noticed my $4.00 eyelashes were not in the bag. I had my son search my car to see if the fell out of the bag and they were nowhere to be found. Bummer but ok I told my family I would go to the store and I am sure they will be helpful and replace the eyelashes I didn't receive. Ok let's think about this I didn't want my money back just my eyelashes I purchased and did not receive. Really $4.00 I would go back to the store and lie, seriously. I was out of town on business for the week my first opportunity to go back to Walgreens was today. Then Megan... I kindly explained to her my story and I would like to get my eyelashes. Well Megan snaps her head smirks at me rips the receipt out of my hand and said "well I will go roll back the cameras and see". No I am so sorry this happen to you, what can I do to make it better, we value are customers, just straight up snotty bitch. Taken back by this I waited and waited, remind you we are talking about $4.00 eyelashes... Megan returns to stare at me and say nope they were in the bag I saw it. I explained to her no they weren't maybe they fell out when the cashier picked up the bag to hand it to me. Megan just stared at me with that smirk on her face and refused to help me further, really? really? Walgreens is this the type of Managers you want running your store?? This Ahwatukee mom will not be returning to your store, 20 years of being a loyal customer thanks to Megan me, my family and friends will now be loyal CVS customers.
