  • I've been going to Allen Family Medicine for about a year now (love their online patient portal via their website. Filled out the medical forms online which was very convenient) and have had a very good overall experience with the entire staff from the front desk folks (They're great!) , to the assistants, NP's (Ruth) and Dr. Allen. I feel that I'm not just seen as a patient, but as a person and I've been treated in a friendly and competent way by the entire staff which is very much appreciated. I also like that my healthcare professionals listen and pay attention to what I have to say which is important as we are really partners together in the management of my healthcare. They also have an in-house lab if you need to have any lab work done which is a nice convenience.
