  • Let me be clear, for the money it was mostly what I expected. the bathroom though, was unacceptable. A shower that you literally could not turn around more than 40° in was far less than I expect out of any respectable business. Very simple measures which allow your customer to feel comfortable are not luxury services but basic services you should strive to exceed at a bare minimum. Overall you get what you pay for, but some things are insulting, even at $100/night.
