  • My husband and I love Carlos' Kitchen. Start with Tortilla crusted shrimp and goat cheese cakes. Delicious and beautifully presented. Most recently Husband had the chop steak special and basically licked his plate clean. I usually have the strawberry chicken salad. It is the salad I crave whenever I think I want a salad. Carlos is awesome; he always come to the table to say hi and check on the food and service ( which has never disappointed). We bring anyone who comes from out of town here also. They leave saying they can't believe how good a restaurant next to a video poker bar!
