  • I bought a 2016 wrx. I was working on it myself and went here just to ask a service guy a question. after waiting for 10+ minutes a small white guy with a shaved head and an attitude of a small guy that is compensating for something comes over and says, "what's up?". I didnt even think this guy worked there because as I was standing there he was talking and seemed to be flirting with an older women. He also didn't give me his name. He just had a stupid look in his eyes while smacking his gum.... So I asked him a simple question and he couldn't answer it. I asked if I could or if he could please ask a tech the question. He literally looked at me and said, "looks like your screwed bud". I was blown away. This guy is in customer service? No freaking way. Then he went on to tell me that a strut isn't under warranty. So not only was he a rude, small wanna be macho man, he also didn't know his job either. I have never been treated so badly at a place that survives on customer service. If his attitude/knowledge is indicative of this dealerships service department go to Camelback Subaru or Chandler's Subaru Superstore. It would be worth the drive.
