This is really great Ramen. The quality is some of the best Ive had outside of Japan. My go-to is the Tonkatsu broth with sliced pork. The consistency of the ramen leaves much to be desired. I usually go with spicy but depending on the day the amount of spice will wildly fluctuate as will the amount of sliced pork you get. I really do love this place but it is a bit expensive for ramen. Other places will give you a few add-ons as part of the price of ramen but at Kobo you pay for anything extra. A bowl of ramen with 2-4 extras will run you $14-$16. If you order your food togo its usually done in 3-5 minutes depending on how busy they are.
