  • apparently this company is still doing work where he is not by law able to do work as he only has a business license for las vegas city. i just found out yesterday that he is still doing pools in clark county. people like him make it hard for the honest people to do legal work!! stay clear of this company they do bad work. i was talking to the new tenant of my old house yesterday who said that max just cleaned the pool and it was left dirty. she also said that he did not vaccuum the pool or he did not put any chemicals in the pool. she is going to refuse to use him as the pool cleaner even though the land lord wants him to continue to clean the pool because he gave the landlord a false story that if she wants him to warrantee the work he did on the pool (the work that is required to pull permits prior to the work being done and also requires a licensed contractor, all of which he is not) he needs to continue to clean the pool. this is just a way of manipulating the landlord to keep him. he can not warrantee a job that by law he was not allowed to legally do.
