Very displeased with this Pruitt's location. I have purchased a sectional from them before and received excellent service so I'm not too sure what happened this time around. I Waited over 2 months for a sofa to come in from the manufacturer. During this time I had to call and follow up on the status (keyword: I) Today, I decided to call again to check and sure enough it was there (side note: they said they called to let me know but I had no VMs) Of course I rush in to finalize everything and they couldn't even waive the delivery fee for my continued patience. This wasn't the part that upset me. It was the fact that he said it very rudely & with an attitude. If there is anything a Customer wants from a business is for you to at least give them the respect they deserve by acknowledging them. I hope that salesman treats his customers better going forward and knows that he LOST the salesman sell. Great Customer service continues even after the deal is made. On the bright side I purchased the same couch for $100 more today!!! Eeeeeek
