| - Have been thinking about this for about a month since we moved. Did not want emotions to get in the way. Here is what I will say that is positive: (1) they arrived on time, (2) behaved professionally (i.e., no swearing), and (3) they were fast. Unfortunately, this is really dwarfed by a few key issues. First, the next day I am in the garage and I see one of our really large framed pieces of art...wow..."why would they leave it here, tucked in-between boxes". The answer...they broke the glass and tried to hide it. Look we all make mistakes, but we have to own up to them/not hide. I still am wondering how many other things will be uncovered as broken by the time we get done. I sent a note to the actual mover, who never responded, as well as initiated (and had to call back repeatedly) the conversation with the person who coordinated the move. He seemed sympathetic, but at the end of the day did squat to make up for the destroyed glass -- even a thankyou/sorry card would have been satisfactory. I am sure you could do worse, but I can assure you, you can do better. Price was good, but not amazing. Get multiple quotes and check yelp before (like I should have) rather than posting something negative after.
