  • This review is for the non stick pans that All-clad makes. I have an extensive collection of All-Clad pots pans electrics and utensils. I am pleased with the performance on all items except the non stick ones. Even with using low to medium heat it peels and discolors. Their answer to me that I was cooking with high heat and ruined the surface. No lifetime warranty. This is not true. I love my cook wear and covet it and take care of it. The non stick isn't good. Don't purchase if you expect peak performance. Customer service was poor, couldn't seem to get my email correct over the phone and had to keep repeating it back to me. After I responded with photos took four tries..4 or get them to review my warranty claim and deny it.
