  • I must say, these folks are professionals. I'd been in the market for a garage air conditioner for some time and called a number of companies. Larson was amazing. Everyone was on time and very nice and knowledgable. I bought a ductless mini-split system for my garage and here's they're process: first, a real person answered the phone. Yee ha! then they arranged for an estimator to come out. They emailed me the estimate that evening. Once I accepted (and my HOA approved it) they sent one of the installers out for a pre-work site survey. This was the person who did the job. Then, two guys came out to install it: Victor and Awston. They were fabulous, worked well together and got the job done in one day. Very, very knowledgable. THEN, another person came out within a few days of the install to check the job for quality and to answer any questions I had. Amazing. While I don't care for the price of these units, I know they're competitive based on other estimates I got. Use Larson, you won't regret it.
