  • Not the cab company that I would ever do business with! I booked a short trip for my wife a day before she needed it, being that she could not currently drive. I was assured that a cab would be picking her up at the determined time and address. Twenty minutes past her pick up time, no sign of any cab, nor any communication from their dispatcher. My wife had to miss an important doctor's appointment because of this. That's NOT how I remember taxi cab companies of the past, ready to serve and being prompt. This is a disgrace. We signed up for Uber, a lot more reliable and better ran company.
