  • I really don't like leaving bad reviews but I have been disappointed in this location more than once. My disappointment does not come from the smoothies but from the employees that work the late or closing shifts. I have had multiple encounters where the staff was less than enthusiastic to serve me. This past Thursday 6/8/17, I was on a shopping mission and thought I could use a smoothie pick-me-up. I walked into the place and there were no other customers but I could see a girl washing one of the machines. I was never acknowledged. (They have a bell on the door.) I then waited by the register, walked around looking at the things in the store, and continued to wait. I know these girls saw me but they continued to ignore my existence. They continued talking amongst themselves so after about 4 minutes, I just simply left. I was so upset I never got my mid-shopping treat. Management needs to take action on their night shift employees because they are losing customers.
