  • Please read my reviews on UMC doctors and offices. Worse than the VA scandal and unchecked. I switched to Southwest medical with absolutely no improvement in service or common sense medical attention. Time to look for a Doctor with an actual degree in being a person and doctor. Do not and I mean ever go to a doctors office that you can not call directly. That seems to be the deciding factor in poor health care. Southwest and UMC primary care Doctors are unavailable directly. I have been screamed at and refused service for simply asking questions at both. I have observed others being treated the same.
