  • the room was clean, roomy, and beautiful! i was truly impressed with the bathroom & hallway vanity as well. the customer service was great and room service/hospitality were quick. i especially loved how you can stay in this hotel all day and not miss out on a thing because it has EVERYTHING. i sure did not want to venture out of it and into the 100+ degree heat, although i did. it's definitely a plus to stay in a nice, clean, fabulous hotel that is in the center of everything so you can walk to your destination when cab lines are ridiculously long. the complimentary spa tickets were also quite nice! would definitely stay here again! (one piece of advice: please fix the shower door problem, the little airway underneath the door causes water to get EVERYWHERE!)
